Blackheath Winter Warmer
The house is in Blackheath and the rooms are most comfortable, the house has a sauna and three spa baths. Guests will need to provide their own transport from the house to the yoga hall (max 5 min drive from the property to the hall). Check out is at 10.00am Sunday. Single rooms are available for a supplement of $100.
Amanda Sherlock
Amanda teaches with enthusiasm and a sense of fun. She is well known for her attention to detail and clarity in her teaching. Amanda has trained with some of the best yoga teachers and is happy to share her knowledge with anyone who is open to learn.
Saturday De-toxing yoga
We'll start with gentle stretching then an introduction to Kaphalabhati - an energizing yogic breath (pranayama) that massages the gut and builds internal heat, which in turn encourages the body to detox. At 12.00 Sun salutation and a series of postures (which are specifically designed to counter sluggish digestion). In the Afternoon we will work specifically on twisting poses to massage the internal organs and stimulate elimanation.
Guest speakers
Saturday Bridget will be talking about nutrition and liver function which will tie into de-toxing, she will also be able to answer any questions you have. Sunday Gary Caganoff meditation and words will help support your yoga practice by developing and strengthing self-awareness of body,mind and being.
Cost
The full cost of the weekend is $525. which includes shared accommodation, food and tution, non residentials are also welcome weekend $250. Saturday only $150. both are inclusive of meals. Single room supplement $100.

Spaces are limited so early booking essential. It is your weekend, go at your own pase if you don't wish to participate in every class that is fine.
